Mr. Indraneel Chitale studied Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology. After interning with GEA Foods Germany, He joined the family business full time from the year 2011. Mr. Indraneel is an alumni of Harvard Business School, Boston having studied their Owners/Presidents Management Program. Over the years, Mr. Indraneel has handled multiple roles in Chitale Group that includes manufacturing, operations, supply chain, data management and MIS, Franchising and Infrastructure Creation.

Part of his strategic initiatives have been the implementation of Theory of Constraints, Creating Warehousing Infrastructure, Franchising Retail, Hiring Professional Management for key roles and creation of manufacturing infrastructure across Maharashtra and Gujarat. Mr. Indraneel was instrumental in turnaround strategy and digital Transformation at current organisation.
