Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay is a graduate from the University of Calcutta in Physics (Hons) and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a law graduate from the Pune University. Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay is a seasoned professional with three and half decades of rich experience in corporate finance, M&A, corporate strategy and legal. In his long career, mainly divided between Tata Group and Thermax, he held leadership roles in corporate finance, M&A and corporate strategy.

He has successfully led business turnarounds and transformations as a Business Head and has been instrumental in steering start-up and early-stage businesses toward growth. Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay serves as Independent Director on the Boards of Quick Heal Technologies Limited, Parag Milk Foods Limited, Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited and Foseco India Limited.
